Extra Small: 5.5" (13.97 cm) or under

Small: 6.0" (15.24 cm) to 7.0" (17.68 cm)

Medium: 7.0" (17.68 cm) to 8.0" (20.32 cm)

Large: 8.0" (20.32 cm) or above

Each cuff can also be custom sized for a perfect fit.

Use a flexible measuring tape for an accurate measurement.

Measure at widest part of wrist.
